NVIDIA takes privacy issues very seriously for all our website users, and particularly for our younger users. 1. What Personal Information We May Collect From Kids

Kids can surf our website, view content, and download games and drivers without any Personal Information (i.e., any information that can be used to personally identify an individual, such as name, address, e-mail, telephone number, or other contact information) being collected.

However, all website users, including Kids, must provide some Personal Information (e.g., an email address) to enjoy certain products and services that we offer on our website. We are prohibited by law from conditioning a Kid's participation in a product or service offering on the Kid providing more Personal Information than reasonably necessary for such participation.

It is NVIDIA's policy not to collect or store any Personal Information from Kids under 13 without parental notification and consent, except in limited circumstances:

    • If a Kid sends an email request to our customer service representative or technical support specialist, sends us feedback, or fills out a form to report a "bug," we may collect the Kid's first name, birth date (to verify age), and email address. We delete the Kid's Personal Information after responding to the Kid's request.
    • In order to protect the safety and security of our youngest site visitors, Kids are not allowed to participate in our user-to-user forums, subscribe to an email newsletter, or enter any of our sweepstakes or contests. We employ reasonable technological safeguards to restrict Kids' access to such areas on our website.

In the event NVIDIA modifies its policies regarding the collection and use of Kid's Personal Information, any such changes will be posted here. Parents, please check this Kids Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed on the safety and security of your Kid's online activities.

  2. How We Use Kids' Personal Information

NVIDIA has implemented the following procedures regarding the use of information on Kids:

    • If a Kid emails a request to our online customer service representative or technical support specialist, we will use the kid's first name and email address to respond no more than once to that request. We will promptly delete the Kid's Personal Information from our databases after the response is sent.
    • NVIDIA does not disclose the Personal Information of Kids to third parties, other than those business partners who provide support for our internal operations and, in such cases, NVIDIA prohibits the use of such Personal Information for any purpose other than to provide the services expressly requested by NVIDIA. Additionally, we may disclose the Personal Information of Kids to third parties if we reasonably believe that such disclosure is required by applicable law.
    • Please note that our websites may contain third-party advertising links to websites not owned or controlled by NVIDIA, and we are not responsible for the collection and use of Personal Information by those sites.
